        秦皇岛秦翔特种玻璃有限公司由秦皇岛奥格集团有限公司与香港翔宇企业公司1987年合资兴办。
      
        各种仪表玻璃是公司主导产品，年产1500万件，设备、技术由日本引进。同时也加工各种用途的异型玻璃、喷沙玻璃、丝网印刷玻璃和小规格钢化玻璃。
      
        秦翔公司是中华人民共和国机械工业部《湿式水表用钢化玻璃》标准（JB/T8480-1996）的起草单位，公司1998年加入中国计量协会水表工作委员会，公司总经理于2002年被选举为水表工作委员会委员。
     
        公司已通过ISO9001.2000质量管理体系认证、ISO14001.2004环境管理体认系证。
      
        公司生产的产品直接供应国内二十多个省、直辖市、自治区的八十多个生产厂家，同时直接出口日本、美国、英国、德国、新加坡、荷兰、巴西、印度尼西亚、泰国、台湾、香港等十多个国家和地区。协作厂家用我公司产品组装的产品长年销往意大利、德国、美国、俄罗斯、以色列、新西兰等二十多个国家。
      
        Qinhuangdao Qin Xiang Special Glass Co. Ltd.(in brief Qinxiang Company), situated on the 
Bohai Sea coast, is a joint venture company set up in 1987 by Qinhuangdao Au Ge Group Limited 
and Hong Kong Xiangyu Enterprise Company. Qinxiang Company’ s main products consist of the glass used in variety of instruments with annual  production capacity 15 million pieces. All the production 

      equipment is imported from Japan. Qinxiang Company also produces the compromise glass and minor dimension of toughened glass for different uses. Qinxiang Company was authorized to draft "Standard JB/T8480-1996 Toughened Instrument Glass Used for Water Meters" issued by The Ministry of MaWater Meter Work Committee chinery Industry of the P.R.C. In year 1998 Qinxiang Company jointed in the Water Meter Work Committee umder China Measuement Association. In year 2002, the General Manager of Qinxiang Company was selected as Executive Memeber of 
The toughened instrument glass used in water meter manufactered in Qinxiang Company obtained reward lst class as excellent and new product in Hedei
 province in 1997. The instrument glass manufactured in Qinxiang Company has been used by 80-0dd instrument manufacturers in more than 20 provinces, autonomous regions and the
 municipalities directlyunder the Central Govemment, and at the same time exported to
 Japan, Indonesia. Tailand, Hong Kong and Taiwan, etc. The products installed with our 
company’ s instrument glass have been exported to ltaly, Germany, the USA,Russia, Greek,
 Israeli, new Zealand, Morocco, Cyprus and most countries in Southeast Asia.
